Return Policy

This return policy applies to machines and spare parts supplied by Airo Shot Blast Equipments after a written factory order. This Website does not sell through a cart, so there is no “buy and return” button.
1. When a return can be considered
We review a return request if:
- the item delivered does not match the confirmed quotation (wrong model or spare), or
- there is a manufacturing defect reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos and the dispatch details.
Custom-built or job-specific machines (special chamber, conveyor, tooling or controls) are not returnable once fabrication has started, except where we shipped the wrong specification against our own quotation.
2. Inspection on delivery
Please check packing and the machine or spare on arrival. Note transit damage on the carrier papers and write to us the same day with photos. Claims for transit damage need that record.
3. How to request a return
Email info@theshotblasting.com or call +91 9119207701 with the quotation number, item, and what is wrong. We will say in writing whether we will collect, replace, repair, or decline. Do not ship goods back without that written agreement.
4. Condition
Returned goods must be unused where that is practical, complete, and packed so they can travel. Wear parts used on a line are not returnable. Freight and packing for an approved return are agreed case by case.
