These Partner terms apply when you apply or sign in on this website, operated by The Shot Blasting (“we”, “us”). By applying or signing in you agree to these terms.

1. Who these terms are for

These terms are for manufacturers, traders and dealers who apply or sign in.

2. What partner access means

Partner access lets your company send quotes and keep a public company page. It is not a franchise and not employment with us.

3. Accuracy

You confirm that the company name, GSTIN (if given), contact details, categories and coverage areas are true and current. Fake, misleading or another firm’s details may lead to the account being closed.

4. Login

Keep your login details secure. Change a temporary password when asked. The account is for your company. Do not share it with unrelated third parties.

5. Credits

Credits are reserved when you send a quote. They are charged only if the buyer chooses that quote. Every other reservation is released. If no quote is chosen within 7 days of the first quote, every reservation is released. If nobody quotes, that clock does not start. You can send one quote on a requirement, and it cannot be edited or withdrawn. The quotation file is a PDF up to 25 MB. Buying credits is not a purchase of a machine, spare or abrasive.

6. Payments

Credits are added only after payment is verified. A duplicate charge made in error can be refunded. Other credit purchases are not refunded unless we agree in writing.

7. Use of requirement information

Use a requirement only to prepare your quote. Do not resell it, add it to unrelated marketing lists, publish it, or use it for spam.

8. Conduct

Quote professionally. Do not harass anyone, make fake offers, or present yourself as The Shot Blasting or as our employee.

9. No sale on this website

There is no shopping cart. Any order for goods is only what the parties confirm later, off this website or in writing.

10. Suspension

We may suspend access for spam, fake company details, misuse of requirement information, payment disputes in bad faith, or other misuse of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and contact
