Rules for applying as a partner and using My leads, unlocks and buyer contact.

These Partner terms apply when you apply as a partner or use My leads on this website, operated by Airo Shot Blast Equipments (“we”, “us”). By applying or signing in you agree to these terms.
These terms are for manufacturers, traders and dealers who apply to become a partner, or who use My leads after approval.
Partner access means you may receive buyer requirements that we share with your company after approval. It is not a product listing on our catalogue, not a franchise, and not employment with us.
You confirm that the company name, GSTIN (if given), contact details, categories and coverage areas are true and current. We may store them to match you with buyers. Fake, misleading or another firm’s details may lead to rejection or blocking.
Approval is not automatic. Review usually takes up to 24–48 hours. We may approve, decline or block a company. Approval does not promise a minimum number of leads.
After approval we may email a temporary password for Partner login. You must change that password when asked and keep your login details secure. The account is for your company. Do not share it with unrelated third parties.
We choose which approved partners receive each requirement. You may receive a masked summary in My leads and/or by email. Not every open requirement is shared with every partner.
Each requirement has its own unlock price, set by us according to that inquiry. Paying that price unlocks the buyer’s contact details for that requirement only. The unlock price is not a purchase of a machine, spare or abrasive.
The same requirement may be shared with more than one approved partner. Other partners may also unlock and contact the same buyer until the lead is closed. You understand buyers may receive quotes from more than one company.
When a requirement is first shared with any partner, a 15-day clock starts for that requirement. After 15 days the requirement auto-closes. New unlocks are then stopped. Partners who already paid keep the contact details they unlocked.
Closed or rejected requirements cannot be newly unlocked. We may also close a lead earlier for quality reasons, buyer request, abuse, or operational needs.
You unlock buyer contact by paying the unlock price shown for that requirement, using the payment method available on My leads (online payment and/or offline payment that we confirm and mark as paid). Paying unlocks contact for that requirement only; it is not a machine or product order on this website.
Once buyer contact details have been shown after a successful unlock, the unlock fee is non-refundable, except where we charged you in clear error (for example a duplicate charge) or where we decide otherwise in writing.
You may use buyer contact details only to quote or discuss that shared requirement. You must not resell contacts, add them to unrelated marketing lists, or use them for spam.
Contact buyers professionally. Do not harass them, make fake offers, or present yourself as Airo Shot Blast Equipments or as our employee. Quotes and supply terms are between you and the buyer.
Masked summaries and buyer details shared with you are confidential. Do not publish them on public websites, social media or open directories.
There is no shopping cart or product checkout on the partner forms. Any quote, order or payment for goods is only what you and the buyer confirm later, off this website or in writing.
We review applications, match and share requirements, and operate My leads. Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, we are not a party to the commercial deal between you and the buyer.
We may suspend or block partner access for spam, fake company details, serious buyer complaints, misuse of buyer data, payment disputes in bad faith, or other misuse of the service.
We may update these Partner terms from time to time. The current version will be shown on this page. Continued use of My leads after a change means you accept the updated terms.
